The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collin

The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collin. Book to movie adaptation, check.

  1. Mockingjay Pt. 2–I had to include this book to movie adaptation even though I’ve already seen it because it’s so flippin’ cool and sad that it’s the last movie of the series. I loved the book so much but I’m going to let you in on a little secret that is about to be public since I’m saying it in this post: I didn’t like the last movie. *Gasp* I know, right? Blasphomy! But still, gotta be honest, it was far from my favorite. Catching Fire was the movie that truly caught fire. (See what I did there? I’m so punny.)
  2. The 5th Wave— OMG I haven’t seen it yet! I recently read The 5th Wave and started Infinite Sea. I ended up not finishing the latter because it just wasn’t a series I could marathon. But, now that I think about it, I took the series-a-month challenge so I may finish it after all.
  3. Splintered definetly needs to have a movie adaptation. That book is da bomb. I received all three books for review and I just loved them. I got hung up on the last book and haven’t finished it yet but it shall happen! Eventuallyyyyyy
  4. Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children comes out soon! Not soon enough, but still, soon. I reviewed the first and the second on mah blargh.
  5. HARRY POTTER AND THE EVERYTHING. First we need J. K. Rowling to write more Harry Potter thingies, preferably with a female lead, then we need the flippin’ movies of all of those, please.
  6. An Ember in the Ashes because so good! Just, so good. I know someone who said it’s been done over and over again SO LET’S SEE IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN IN MOVIENESS. Also, it’s super-duper special to me b/c someone awesome gifted it to me when I lost my first copy THE DAY I WAS READY TO FINISH IT OMG.
  7. The Sin Eater’s Daughter. I very much enjoyed this book and would love to see the surprise ending done on screen.
  8. I looked at my bookshelf and my eyes immediately fell on The Walking Dead comics. It’s been did and done already but…but…I still want to see moar.
  9. The Forest of Hands and Teeth would be absolutely terrifying to see on the screen. It’s a super-duper scary book so let’s see that super-duper scary book on the big screen where it’ll be even moar super-duper scary.
  10. Throne of Glass (I booktube there! <–) series just has to be said. Honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of the series, I enjoyed A Court of Thorns and Roses a lot more but so many people loved the Throne of Glass series that I have to add it for the sake of all dem readers out there. <3

Okie dokie, now that we have all of those out there it’s time to make those movies. Ready? Set! GO!!
